We use a learn, practice, and dance format that includes our proprietary click method. The clicks act like a partner's footsteps to speed up the process of learning so you can really dig in, master the moves and get the most out of your workout.
Building from Class 1, we are now going to add the triple step. We change up the handle coordination with the handover versus a whip. This will get you sweaty quick, so we end with single step combo so you can keep dancing and build endurace.
