HOW TO: Attach the handles to the swivel.
1 - Locate the center of the bungee
2 - Tread the center of the bungee through the bottom loop of the swivel.
3 - Create a hole in the bungee and pull the handles through the hole.
4 - Pull up on the handles creating a cow knot.
