HOW TO: Attach the handles to any stable object.
1 - Find the middle of the bungee
2 - Wrap around the object.
3 - Create an opening and pull the handles through.
4 - Pull up on the handles creating a cow knot.
That's it!

For doors: make sure you tie the bungee to the opposite side of the door so the door closes towards you or you have a deadbolt locked on the door. The door will shut on the bungee.
